Morning Flâneuring (Lomography), III.

My long-time explorations as a flâneur took place during the twilight of mornings from the winter of 2012 to the end of winter 2013, which inspired this series. Although the figures in my photographs are small in scale and there is a noticeable distance between the photographer and the subjects, they bring life to the city and capture the solitude of its mornings.

While I used documentary photography as my medium, my intent was not to create documentary indexes or informational documentaries. The term 'document' would serve as an adjective accompanying the photographs; as Clive Scott states, I was a client of reality rather than its dealer.
